These Terms govern your use of BotForge, a WhatsApp bot hosting platform at bwmxmd.com. By creating an account, you agree to these Terms.
BotForge lets you deploy and host WhatsApp automation bots (via pre-built templates or your own GitHub repository) on infrastructure we manage. We provide hosting, uptime monitoring, and a dashboard to control your bots — we do not create, moderate, or take responsibility for the specific behavior of any bot you deploy.
You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information when registering. One person or organization may not maintain multiple accounts to abuse referral bonuses or promotions.
When you link a WhatsApp number to a bot, that number follows the BotForge WhatsApp channel so you receive product updates and tips. You can switch this off for any bot in its Settings tab, and you can unfollow the channel in WhatsApp at any time.

Bots hosted on BotForge connect to WhatsApp using WhatsApp's linked-device (multi-device) protocol, the same mechanism WhatsApp Web uses — not WhatsApp's official Business Platform API. This means:
We do not guarantee that any bot will remain connected indefinitely, and we are not liable for a WhatsApp number being restricted or banned.
If you deploy a bot from your own GitHub repository, you are solely responsible for that code — what it does, its security, and its legality. We reserve the right to stop or remove any deployment that violates these Terms or poses a risk to our infrastructure or other users.
BotForge uses a prepaid wallet. Plans are paid in advance from your wallet balance and last 35 days from purchase. Payments are processed by Paystack. Except where required by law, credits and payments are non-refundable once applied to your account. We may change plan pricing going forward; changes won't retroactively affect credits you've already purchased.
We aim for reliable uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. BotForge is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, BotForge and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including loss of data, loss of access to a WhatsApp number, or business interruption.
You may stop using BotForge and delete your bots at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account for violating these Terms, non-payment, or extended inactivity, with reasonable notice where practical.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of BotForge after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Kenya, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
